이 논문에서 가장 흥미로운 사실은
micropapillary urothelial carcinoma 에서
ERBB2 유전자의 extracellular domain 에
돌연변이가 자주 관찰되는 것이 아니다.
FFPE 조직을 대상으로 하여 NGS 를 시행한 것이다.
슬라이드 상에서 종양 세포의 비율이 20%를 넘어가는 곳에서
추출했다고는 하는데...
사실 FFPE 상태가 더 궁금한 1인.
