위암 연구에 있어서 남자와 여자로 구분만 해도 상당한 효과의 차이가 난다는 내용임. 그 동안 성별을 하나의 factor 로 여겨서 통계 분석을 시도하였는데, 성별을 따로 분류해서 통계를 실행해도 될지도 모른다는 느낌.
